一、学科、专业简介 (Disciplines Instruction)
青岛科技大学安全工程专业始建于2001年,并于2002开始招收本科生,是学校重点建设专业。于2006年取得“安全技术及工程”二级学科硕士学位授予权,于2010年招收和培养工程硕士,于2011年取得“安全科学与工程”一级学科硕士学位授予权,于2013年取得“安全与环境功能材料”二级博士点 。目前设有一个“安全工程”专业教研室和“化工过程安全中心”及“现代安全管理与技术发展中心”两个研究机构。本学科拥有青岛市化工火灾预防与安全重点实验室、青岛市海洋环境腐蚀与安全防护工程研究中心、山东省海洋环境腐蚀与安全防护工程研究中心、山东省重点行业领域事故防范技术研究中心(危险化学品)等科研平台,拥有中央与地方共建项目“化工安全与环境特色实验室”、中央财政支持地方高校建设项目“化工过程安全与污染控制实验室”和山东省高等学校骨干学科建设项目“环境与安全教学实验中心”等实验实践教学平台。安全工程专业现有专业教师22名,其中博士生导师2名,教授5名,副教授11名,17人具有博士学位。目前本科生在校生人数360人,硕士研究生在校人数100多人。本学科研究生毕业后进入政府安监部门、各类生产企业、安全评价公司、设计院或学校从事安全领域相关的工程、管理、教学、科研、咨询服务等工作,部分学生继续攻读博士学位。
The major of safety engineering was set up in Qingdao University of Science and Technology (QUST) in 2002, which is the key subject of QUST. The grant authority of master degree in safety technology and engineering for grade II science division was achieved in 2006. The grant authority of master degree in engineering field was achieved in 2010. Furthermore, the grant authority of master degree in safety science and engineering for grade I science division was achieved in 2011. At the same time, the graduate students can also further their study for doctor degree in chemical safety or material safety fields. At present, the department of safety science and engineering includes the teaching group of safety engineering and two research centers (chemical process safety center and modern safety management and technology development center). This subject has scientific research platforms, including the Key Laboratory of Qingdao Chemical Fire Prevention and Safety, Qingdao Marine Environment Corrosion and Safety Protection Engineering Research Center, Shandong Marine Environment Corrosion and Safety Protection Engineering Research Center, Shandong Province Key Industry Field Accident Prevention Technology Research Center (dangerous chemicals), et al. The discipline has a Central and Local Government Joint Development Project “Special Laboratory for Chemical Safety and Environment”, a Central Government Supporting Local University Built Project “Laboratory for Chemical Process Safety and Pollution Control” and a Shandong University Key Discipline Project “Teaching Experimental Center for Environment and Safety”. There are 22 teachers including 2 Ph.D. supervisors, 5 professors, 11 associate professors. Among them, 17 teachers have doctor degree. The number of undergraduates and post-graduates studying now is 360 and 100 respectively. Most of the post-graduates have joined government safety supervision department, various enterprises, companies of safety evaluation, designing institutes, universities or colleges and other organizations to conduct the various work about safety such as engineering, management, teaching, studying and technology service. Additionally, some post-graduates pursue doctor degree after graduation to polish their ability in the major of safety.
近年来在中央、地方及学校的大力支持下,我校安全科学与工程学科在师资队伍、实验室条件等软硬件建设方面实现了快速发展,保证了安全工程专业教学水平稳步提高。在此基础上积极鼓励教师开展科研工作,为研究生的培养打造了良好的学术平台。我校安全科学与工程学科逐渐形成以下四个稳定的研究方向:火灾动力学演化及事故模拟;化工过程安全;化工安全材料;安全风险管理。
In recent years, with the strong support of the central, local and school, the science and engineering discipline of our school has developed rapidly in the construction of teachers and laboratory conditions, which ensures the steady improvement of the teaching level of safety engineering. On this basis, teachers should be encouraged to carry out scientific research work so as to create a good academic platform for postgraduate training. The discipline of safety science and Engineering in our school has gradually formed four stable research directions: fire dynamics evolution and accident simulation; chemical process safety; chemical safety materials; safety risk management.
安全科学与工程学科具有很强的学科交叉性,我校安全科学与工程学科正是依托其优势专业(化学、化工和材料)发展起来的,具有良好的研究基础,在人才培养、科学研究和解决地方经济发展面临的安全问题等方面有较强的发展潜力,取得了一批研究成果。近5年承担国家级项目11项、省部级项目8项以及一批企业委托课题;出版专著5部;发表论文200余篇,其中SCI、EI收录100余篇;获省部级科技奖励11项,获国家专利18项。
The department of safety science and engineering has a strong interdisciplinary nature. The science and engineering discipline of our school is based on its superior specialties (Chemistry, chemical and material), and has a good research base. There are strong problems in the training of talents, scientific research and the security problems facing the development of local economy. The development potential and a number of research results have been obtained. In the past 5 years, there are 11 national projects, 8 provincial and ministerial projects and a number of enterprise entrusted projects; 5 books are published and more than 200 articles are published, including more than 100 articles of SCI and EI; 6 of the provincial and ministerial scientific awards and 18 national patents.
二、培养目标(Objectives of Training)
1. 掌握马克思主义毛泽东思想的基本原理,深刻领会邓小平理论,坚持四项基本原则,热爱祖国、遵纪守法、坚持真理、具备严谨的科学态度和优良的职业道德。
To master the basic principles of Marxism and Mao Zedong Thought, to profoundly understand Deng Xiaoping Theory, to adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles and patriotism, to observe the disciplines and obey the laws, to persistently uphold the truth and to observe the rigorous scientific approach and excellent professional ethic.
2. 具有较强的安全意识,德、智、体全面发展,成为能够为新世纪我国安全科技发展做出贡献的安全科学与工程专门人才。
With a strong sense of security, the development of morality, intelligence and body has become a special talent for security science and engineering that can contribute to the development of China's security science and technology in the new century.
3. 具备扎实的基础知识及解决实际安全工程问题的技能和能力;了解和熟悉安全工程专业的发展动态及学术进展;具备独立从事安全工程相关领域的研究及成果转化的能力。
Have solid basic knowledge and skills and abilities to solve practical safety engineering problems, understand and familiarity with the development of safety engineering and academic progress, and have the ability to independently engage in research and transformation of safety engineering related fields.
4. 掌握一门外语,具备良好的国内外学术交流能力,能熟练使用外语阅读专业书籍、查阅文献并撰写论文。
Mastering a foreign language, having good academic communication skills at home and abroad, proficient in using foreign language reading professional books, consulting literature and writing papers.
三、学制及学习年限(Educational System and Length of Schooling)
硕士研究生学制为2-3年,学习年限一般不超过4年。其中课程学习一般为1~3学期,论文研究工作不少于1年;硕士生课程学习实行学分制,在学期间应修35-37学分,其中学位课程≥17学分,研究环节8学分。

该方向是安全科学与工程领域重要的研究方向之一。该方向在化工火灾动力学过程及模拟、化学化工事故模拟、危险化学品热灾害及评价等方面具有特色和优势。
This orientation is one of the important research fields in safety science and engineering. The main advantages and characteristics are to explore the process and mechanisms of chemical fire dynamics and simulation, to model the chemical accidents, to understand the chemical thermal hazard and assessment.

Chemical Process Safety
重点开展化工过程本质安全理论及应用、化工设备安全技术、基于非常态机理模型的过程故障诊断等方面的研究。
The main research fields are concentrated on the inherent safety theory and application of chemical process, safety technology of chemical equipment; process faults diagnosis based on the abnormal states mechanism models.

主要侧重化工设备的腐蚀与防护、安全热控涂层材料、阻燃聚合物材料等方面的研究。
The focus of this research field is to study the chemical equipment corrosion mechanisms and protection, thermal controlled safety coating materials and the development of flame retarded materials.

安全风险管理
Safety Risk Management
在化工能源安全风险管理、化工安全风险评估与控制、化工安全标准的制定及方法学研究等方面形成了自己的特色。
The characteristics of this research field are typical in studying the chemical resource safety risk management, chemical safety risk assessment and control, chemical safety standards.
六、论文的要求(Dissertation Requirements)
科学研究是研究生培养的必要组成部分,是提高研究生培养质量的关键环节。学位论文的选题应体现本学科领域的前沿性和先进性,一般要与导师的科研任务相结合。鼓励研究生在导师指导下,通过阅读文献资料,自主选题。学位论文要有开题报告,中期检查、论文答辩等过程,有明确的时间安排。在学期间发表论文或取得成果达到《青岛科技大学研究生科研成果审核办法及指标》的要求;至少1篇与学位论文有关的SCI期刊论文(青岛科技大学为第一署名单位;学生第一作者导师为通讯作者,或导师第一作者学生第二作者)。
Scientific research is a necessary part of postgraduate training and a key link to improve the quality of postgraduate training. The topic selection of dissertation should reflect the frontier and advanced nature of the subject area, and generally combine with the scientific research task of the tutor. Graduate students are encouraged to choose their own topics through reading literature materials under the guidance of their tutors. Dissertations should have the process of opening questions, mid-term examination, and thesis defense and so on. Publishing papers or achieving results during the school period should meet the requirements of "Approaches and Indicators for Examining Graduate Scientific Research Achievements of Qingdao University of Science and Technology". At least one SCI journal paper related to degree papers should be published (Qingdao University of Science and Technology is the first signatory; the first author is the student and the tutor is the correspondent author, or the second author is the student and the first author is the tutor).
论文在答辩前要请两位及其以上校外在安全科学与工程领域有较深造诣的专家盲评。论文答辩应由校内外专家组成的答辩委员会主持进行。通过答辩者,准予毕业,并由校学位委员会批准,授予硕士学位。
Before answering the thesis, the paper should invite two experts who are more skilled in the field of safety science and engineering. The defense of thesis shall be conducted by the defense committee composed of experts from both inside and outside the school. The respondent will grant graduation and be awarded the master's degree by the school degree committee.
