张 伟 ： 男，1957年10月生，药理学教授，药理药剂内科学研究生导师。1990年6月研究生毕业于安徽医科大学心血管药理专业，获医学硕士学位，无党派人士。 现任南通大学医学院药理学系主任；南通大学医药研究所所长；南通大学药学（省重点一级学科培育点）学科带头人；南通大学省优势学科《基础医学》学科（群） 学术带头人（PI）。社会兼职：南通伟康医药研究院院长（独立法人）；南通市生物医药重点实验室常务副主任。学术团体任职：中国药理学会理事；江苏省药理 学会副理事长；江苏省药理教学委员会副主任委员；江苏省新药临床前研究专业委员会副秘书长；南通市药学会药剂药理专业委员会主任委员。从事新药研究与开发 三十多年，先后主持或与企业合作承担各类中西医药研发项目30多项，绝大多数成果转化为生产力，其中有知名品牌“盖天力”、“富硒康”、“安奇”等，有 “九五”科技攻关项目抗高血压新药Moxonidine、抗炎新药Tenoxicam等，技术贸易（技术开发、技术服务、技术转让）达1000多万，近年 来主持国家、省、市厅级研究课题9项，获市厅级科技进步二等奖3项（名第一）, 作为通讯作者（或第一作者）在国内外核心与权威期刊发表专业学术论文40多篇，拥有国家授权发明专利5项。
