江西师范大学地理与环境学院城市建设学院 正文

城市建设学院是江西师范大学直属学院，办学渊源可追溯至1940年的国立中正大学土木工程学系及1949年的南昌大学土木工程系。1993年原江西师范大学地理系开设的房地产经营管理专业和1995年开设的区域与城市规划专业是工程管理及城乡规划专业的前身。2003年7月城市建设学院成立。
    学院现有城乡规划（通过住建部专业评估）、建筑学、风景园林、房地产开发与管理、工程管理等本科专业，有土地资源管理、城市与区域规划、房地产开发与管理等二级学科硕士点，形成了内容覆盖“土地资源管理→城乡规划→建筑和景观设计→地产开发→工程管理”全过程的学科体系。此外江西师大城市规划设计研究院和江西师范大学不动产研究所挂靠我院，是学校直属科研机构，每年承担了大量的横向和纵向科研任务。
  学院现有专任教师50人，其中教授7人，副教授和高级工程师17人，博士19人，具有高级职称的教师占比48.0%，取得了比较丰富的教学科研成果。2013年以来，学院获批国家自然科学基金项目9项、国家社会科学基金项目2项、教育部人文社科基金项目2项、省级科研项目52项、省级教学改革研究项目11项（其中重点项目2项）、省级虚拟仿真实验教学项目1项；承担横向课题130余项，横向经费近3000万元；获批国家发明专利7项，国家实用新型专利125项；发表B类以上高水平论文90余篇，其中SSCI两篇，SCI三篇。出版学术专著13部。指导学生获得省级和国家级竞赛1-3等奖100余项。
    学院本科生办学规模800人左右，硕士生办学规模约50人，毕业生可在房地产开发企业、房地产中介机构、城乡规划设计院、建筑设计院、各类建筑公司、造价咨询公司、园林景观设计公司、相关高等院校、科研部门、新闻媒体和政府部门等单位工作。毕业生就业面宽，市场前景好，本科和硕士毕业生的就业率位居全校前列。一大批优秀毕业生已经成为省内外相关部门的领军人物和骨干力量。
   学院现有8000多平方米的教学科研大楼，有丰富的专业图书资料，有1个实验中心，9个实验室（虚拟仿真实验室、工程测量实验室、建筑模型实验室、建筑构造实验室、建筑材料实验室、建筑物理实验室、工程项目管理实验室、房地产营销策划实验室、工程造价实验室），有50多个校外实践基地，能够充分满足学院教学科研及人才培养等需要。

    The College of City Construction, established in July 2003, is affiliated directly to the Jiangxi Normal University. The College of City Construction has a long history and can be traced back to the Department of Civil Engineering of National Chung Cheng University which was founded in 1940 and the Department of Civil Engineering of Nan Chang University which was founded in 1949. The predecessor of the Discipline of Project Management is the Discipline of Real Estate Management which was founded in 1993 by the Department of Geography. The predecessor of the Discipline of Urban and Rural Planning is the Discipline of Urban and Regional Planning which was founded in 1995 by the Department of Geography.
    The college has existing undergraduate programs in urban and rural planning (through professional evaluation of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development), architecture, landscape architecture, real estate development and management, and engineering management. It has master's degree programs in land resources management, urban and regional planning, real estate development and management. Formed a disciplinary system covering the whole process of “land resource management → urban and rural planning → architecture and landscape design → real estate development → engineering management”.In addition, the urban planning and design research institute of jiangxi normal university and the real estate research institute of jiangxi normal university are affiliated with our college. They are the direct research institutions of the school and undertake a large number of horizontal and vertical scientific research tasks each year.
    At present, the College of City Construction has 50 full-time faculty, including 7 professors, 17 associate professors and senior engineers, Among them, there are 19 faculty got PhD degree，the faculty with senior title accounts for 48.0% of all. The College of City Construction makes a relatively rich teaching and research achievements. Since 2013, the College of City Construction has undertaken 9 projects of National Natural Science Fund, 2 National Social Science Fund projects, 2 Humanities and Social Sciences Fund project, more than 50 Provincial Scientific Research projects and 9 Provincial Teaching Reform Research projects. The College of City Construction also has undertaken more than 130 horizontal projects, the total projects fund is close to 30 million RMB. In the meantime, the College of City Construction has been approved 6 national invention patents, 80 national utility model patents. And the College of City Construction has published 7 monographs and more than 160 papers in the core journals. Students of the College of City Construction had got more than 100 provincial and national professional competition awards under the guidance of their teachers.
    In all,there are 800 undergraduate students and 50 graduate students study at the College of City Construction. The graduate employment rate in this college ranked the forefront of the University, the graduates has a wide range of employment choice and employment prospects, such as real estate development company, urban and rural planning and design institute, building firms, engineering cost consultation companies, Landscape design companies, colleges and universities, scientific research institutions，government departments etc. Up to now, a large number of outstanding graduates of the College of City Construction have become the core member of their fields.
    The building of City Construction College has more than 8000 square meters for teaching and researching, and it contains study library with rich professional books and materials and 1 experimental centers and 9 laboratories (virtual simulation laboratory, engineering measurement laboratory, building model laboratory, building construction laboratory, building materials laboratory, building physics laboratory, engineering project management laboratory, real estate marketing planning laboratory, engineering cost laboratory). The College of City Construction also has over 40 practical platforms out of Jiangxi Normal University. The hardware facilities of this college could fully supports the needs of teaching, researching and training.
