苑立波,男,1962年11月生,桂林电子科技大学教授,博士,博士生导师。光子科学与技术研究中心主任。中国光学学会理事;国际光纤传感器学术会议(OFS-25)TPC共主席;中国光学学会纤维光学与集成光学专业委员会副主任,常务委员;中国光学学会光电技术专业委员会副主任,常务委员;中国光学工程学会光纤传感技术专家工作委员会暨中国光纤传感技术及产业创新联盟常务副主席;国家自然科学基金委员会第十三届信息科学部专家评审组成员;国家科学技术奖评审专家。  2003年毕业于香港理工大学,获博士学位。1995-1997年在美国新泽西理工学院访问研究员,2011年,在日本东京大学访问研究员。1997年获国务院政府特殊津贴。2002年,获教育部第三届高校优秀青年教师奖。2006年,入选“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选。        主持了国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项,国家973前期专项,国防863项目,科技部国际合作重大项目,国家自然科学基金重点项目、重大项目(课题)、仪器专项等30多个项目。发表被SCI收录的学术论文160余篇。获得国家发明技术授权专利100余项、国际授权专利1项。出版学术专著3部。 • 获得黑龙江省自然科学一等奖、科技进步二等奖各一项(均排名第一)
