陈海明，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，2003年与2006年分别获得天津大学计算机专业工学学士和硕士学位，2010年获得中国科学院计算技术研究所工学博士学位，毕业后留所任助理研究员，2015年10月至2016年10月在美国威廉玛丽学院（公立常青藤名校之一）计算机系作访问学者，2017年5月以宁波大学“学术骨干”高层次人才引进到信息学院计算机系工作。连续多年任中国计算机学会物联网（传感网）专业委员会秘书，多个国际重要学术会议（如IEEE ICPADS、EAI COLLABORATECOM、INSTICC SENSORNETS、CCF CWSN等）的技术程序委员会委员（TPC），以及多个国际和国内学术期刊（如ACM Transactions on Sensor Networks, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, Elsevier Computer Network, 计算机学报等）的评审专家。主要从事网络协议设计与性能评价、计算系统设计与性能优化方向的研究，近年来的研究课题主要工作集中在智能感知互联与物联网系统、移动与泛在计算系统、云与边缘协同计算等领域。主持和主要参与完成了国家自然科学基金、国家科技重大专项课题和国家973计划项目课题等多个国家级重要课题，已在计算机领域国际顶级和知名学术期刊（如IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing、 IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems、IEEE Internet of Things Journal等），国内权威期刊（如计算机学报、软件学报、计算机研究与发展、中国科学、中国通信等）及国内外会议上共发表论文50篇（其中SCI/EI 索引40多篇），Google Scholar统计论文被引超过900次，CNKI统计论文最高被下载超过21000次，并获得了6项国家发明专利授权，2项国家软件著作权登记，2013年度北京市科学技术奖三等奖。
