一、 工程领域简介 (Introduction of Engineering Field)
建筑与土木工程是研究创造和设计各类工程形态与环境,建造与完善各类工程设施的工程领域,具体包括各类工程形态、设施与环境的勘测、设计、施工和维护。本领域涵盖建筑学、土木工程两个一级学科,拥有岩土工程博士学位授权点。土木工程学科下设岩土工程、结构工程、市政工程、供热供燃气通风与空调工程、防灾减灾及防护工程、桥梁与隧道工程6个研究方向;建筑学学科下设建筑设计及其理论、城市规划与设计2个研究方向。该领域特色研究主要有:结构抗震隔震减震控制新技术、结构损伤识别与健康诊断新技术、岩土工程新技术、路桥工程新技术、环境岩土工程新技术、爆破工程新技术、土木工程新材料、土木工程设计与施工新技术、水处理及污染控制新技术、建筑设计与城市规划的理论及应用等方面。
该领域拥有一支职称、学历、年龄和学缘结构合理、研究方向相对稳定的学科学术梯队,教授17人,副教授30人,博士生导师14人,硕士生导师26人;其中,国务院政府特殊津贴获得者1人,辽宁特聘教授1人,辽宁省教学名师2人,辽宁省“百千万人才工程”百人层次人选5人,千人层次2人,辽宁省优秀人才支持计划获得者6人。
该领域拥有设备先进的土木工程实验实训中心,下设岩土工程实验室、结构实验室、土木工程新材料实验室、防灾减灾工程实验室、市政工程实验室等多个功能齐全的实验室,其中包括一个省级重点实验室;另外还设有建筑物理实验室。
目前,该领域已经完成或在研国家级各类基金项目20项,省部级基金项目82项;获得省部级科研奖励37项,市厅级科研奖励87项;拥有国家发明专利授权27项,出版专著10部。
Architectural and civil engineering is an engineering field to study the creation and design of various engineering forms and environments, and to build and perfect various engineering facilities, including the investigation, design, construction and maintenance of various engineering forms, facilities and environment. The field covers two first-level disciplines of architecture and civil engineering, boasting doctoral degree authority of geotechnical engineering. Civil engineering discipline boasts 6 research orientations, including geotechnical engineering , structural engineering , municipal engineering , heat supply gases supply ventilation and air conditioning engineering , disaster prevention and reduction and protection engineering , bridge and tunnel engineering. Architecture discipline consists of 2 research orientations, including architectural design and theory, urban planning and design. Featured research orientations in this field covers new technology of anti-seismic isolation vibration control , new technology of structural damage detection and health diagnosis , geotechnical engineering new technology , road and bridge engineering new technology , environmental geotechnical engineering new technology , blasting engineering new technology , civil engineering new materials , civil engineering design and construction new technology , water treatment and pollution new technology , the theory and application of architecture design and urban design and soon .
The field has a professional academic team with different academic titles , various educational background , ages , academic sources and relatively stable research orientation. In the academic team, there are 17 professors , 30 associate professors , 14 doctoral tutors , 26 master tutors , among which, 1 person granted the government of the state council special allowance winner , 1 person granted distinguished professor of Liaoning , 2 people granted teaching masters in Liaoning province , 4 people titled “one hundred talented people level” in Liaoning province “pacesetter talent project” , 5 people titled one thousand people level , 6 people granted talents support program winner in Liaoning province .
The field boasts professional experimental center with advanced equipment , consisting of geotechnical engineering laboratory , structural laboratory , civil engineering new materials laboratory , disaster prevention and reduction engineering laboratory , municipal engineering laboratory , construction physics laboratory and so on , including a provincial key laboratory . There is also a building physics laboratory.
At present, the field has been completed at the national level of 20 national fund projects, 82 provincial fund projects; thirty-seven scientific and provincial research awards were awarded, and 87 municipal research awards were awarded; It has 27 national invention patents and 10 publications.
二、培养目标(Cultivation Objectives)
全日制专业硕士研究生侧重于工程实践与应用,本领域面向经济社会产业部门的专业需求,为建筑与土木工程领域相关的国有大中型企业及其他工程建设部门,培养具有一定创新应用能力的复合型高层次工程技术和工程管理人才。
Full-time master’s degree is a professional degree related to the qualification in engineering field and focuses on engineering practice and application. The field as a professional master’s degree authorization unit culture geared to the needs of economic and social sector professional demand, for state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises in the fields of architecture and civil engineering and other engineering construction department, training have ability to innovative applications of high-level engineering and engineering management talents. 
三、培养要求(Cultivation Requirements)
(1)掌握马克思主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论;拥护党的基本路线、方针和政策;热爱祖国,遵纪守法,具有良好的职业道德和创业精神,能够积极为我国经济建设和社会发展服务。
(2)掌握建筑与土木工程领域坚实的基础理论和宽广的专业知识;掌握解决建筑与土木工程科学与技术问题的方法和手段;具有独立担负建筑与土木工程相关技术或管理工作的能力。
(3)掌握一门外国语。能比较熟练地阅读本学科领域的外文资料,并具有一定的写作能力。
(4)具有较强的计算机应用能力,能熟练应用专业领域相关的设计软件及常用的分析软件。
(1)Full-time master’s degree holders should have a better grasp of Marxism , Mao Zedong thought and Deng Xiaoping theory ; supporting the party’s basic lines and policies ; loving the motherland , observing disciplines and obeying laws , having good work ethic and enterprising spirit , be active for our country economic construction and social development service .
(2)Full-time master’s degree holders should master the solid foundation theory and broad expertise in the field of engineering ; mastering the advanced technical methods and modern techniques of solving engineering problems ; ability to be innovative and independent in engineering or engineering management .
(3)Full-time master’s degree holders should have master of a foreign language, able to read foreign language materials in the field of this subject, and have certain writing ability.
(4)Full-time master’s degree holders should have strong computer application ability, proficient in the application of relevant computational design software and commonly used analysis software.

Architecture Design and Theory
本研究方向主要研究建筑设计的基础理论与设计方法。基础理论包括建筑设计原理、建筑空间理论、建筑形态理论、建筑批评、绿色建筑、职业建筑师业务实践等,以及公共建筑、居住建筑、文化建筑、教育建筑、高层建筑等各种类型建筑的设计原理。设计方法包括建筑设计过程研究、建筑策划与项目可行性研究、计算机在建筑设计中的应用研究等。
This research focuses on the basic theory and design method of architectural design. Basic theory includes the architectural design principle, the theory of architectural space, the theory of architectural form, architectural criticism, the green building, professional architect business practices and so on, and the design theory of public buildings, residential buildings, culture buildings, education buildings, high-rise building and all kinds buildings. The design method includes architectural design process research, architectural planning and project feasibility study, the application of computer in architectural design, etc.
8 城市规划与设计
Urban Planning and Design
本研究方向主要研究城市空间形态的规律,通过空间规划和设计满足城市的基本功能和形态要求,整合土地使用、交通组织、社区空间、综合功能开发、历史文化遗产保护等要求,使城市及其各组成部分之间相互和谐,展现城市的整体形象,同时满足人类对生活、社会、经济以及美观的需求。
This research focuses on the law of urban space morphology , and satisfies the basic function and morphology requirements of the city through spatial planning and design, integrating the requirements of land use, traffic organization, community space, the function of comprehensive development, the protection of historical and cultural heritage to make the harmony between the city and each component , to show the overall image of the city, at the same time to satisfy the human demand for life, society, economy and beautiful.
 
五、学制与学习年限(Duration of Schooling and Length of Schooling)
全日制专业学位研究生学制2.5年,学习年限:2.5-4年。
The study period of full-time graduate student is 2.5 years, the study period is 2.5-4 years.
六、培养方式(Cultivation Mode)
(1)全日制专业学位硕士研究生采取学校和实践基地联合培养、集中授课的培养方式。课程学习实行学分制,其中公共课的学习、论文的选题、中期考核、学位论文中期报告、论文的预答辩和答辩等各个环节均在校内完成,论文研究时间不低于1年。
(2)全日制专业学位研究生的培养实行双导师制,以校内导师为主,聘请企业内具有高级技术职称的专业工程技术人员担任副导师。注重工程实践能力的培养,要求至少有6个月以上的工程实践环节。
(1)Full time master’s graduate student takes the training methods of jointly cultivating of university and practice bases, and lecturing in school。Course implement adopts the credit system, among them, the general course of study, the thesis topic, mid-term examination, the dissertation interim report, thesis pre-defense and defense and each link must be completed in the school, the paper studied not less than 1 years.
(2)The training and study of full-time graduate students is based on double-tutor system , the main tutor from university and professional engineers and technicians with senior technical titles in the company are hired as assistant tutors. Focusing on the cultivation of engineering practice ability, production practice is more than 6 months.
