　　2001年－现在，华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院，从事植物基因功能研究
　　1986-1989年，获南京农业大学农学硕士学位，从事作物遗传育种研究
　　1996-1999年获南京农业大学农学博士学位，从事作物遗传育种研究
　　
　　研究领域：
　　植物基因工程，作物遗传育种。小麦种子储藏蛋白基因的分离与功能研究：分离小麦加工品质性状的功能基因，采用目的超量表达或抑制表达的策略，鉴定基因功能；应用基因最小表达框的植物转基因技术，研制目标品质性状显著改良的转基因小麦新株系；转基因结合常规杂交、回交育种技术，大规模创制目标品质性状和农艺性状都显著改良的转基因小麦新株系，为小麦品质改良提供大量优异种质资源。招生信息：接收本科生（理、工类，一年级除外）5－7人/年进行科研培训，招收硕士生3－5人/年，有意者请EMIAL联系。

　　(1) 主持国家自然科学基金项目：小麦新型蛋白Avenin-like 是储藏蛋白的确证及其加工品质效应研究（30871524）。
　　(2) 主持国家自然科学基金项目：小麦高分子量谷蛋白亚基中间重复区近N-末端半胱氨酸残基与面筋弹性的关系研究（31071403）。
　　(3)  参加转基因生物新品种培育科技重大专项：国家植物基因研究中心（武汉）完善（2009ZX08016-001A）的子课题。
　　(4) 参加转基因生物新品种培育科技重大专项：优质转基因小麦新品种培育（2009ZX08002-013B）的子课题。
　　(5) 参加转基因生物新品种培育科技重大专项：优质转基因小麦新品种培育（2008ZX08002-004）的子课题。
　　(6) 参加转基因生物新品种培育科技重大专项：规模化转基因技术体系构建（2008ZX08010-004）的子课题。
