个人简介
束刚,男,1979年生,博士,教授,华南农业大学动物科学学院教师,动物营养与饲料科学系副系主任。畜牧兽医学会动物生理生化分会和广东省生理学会理事。2003年7月至今任教于华南农业大学动物科学学院,主要从事动物营养生理的教学与科研工作,2014年入选广东省优秀青年教师培养计划,2014-2015年在美国贝勒医学院儿童营养中心访问学者。2017年入选华南农业大学“丁颖人才支持工程”。研究方向包括:(1)代谢中间产物营养生理;(2)采食与能量代谢。本人先后主持国家自然科学基金3项,广东省自然科学基金1项和省部产学研及企业横向课题各1项;973和十三五重点研发骨干各1项;参加国家自然科学基金3项、广东省自然科学基金团队项目和国家“973”子项目等多项国家和省部级项目。在Cellreports(2016,2017),Metabolism(2017),FASEBJournal(2017),JournalofNutritionalBiochemistry,journalofagricultureandfoodchemistry,JournalofAnimalScience,Oncotarget和Scientificreports等杂志发表SCI论文40余篇,参编教材2部,参译1部,申报专利3项。
