马忠军，男，湖南隆回人，1973年生，博士，教授。1993年毕业于邵阳师专，2004年3月于昆明理工大学获得硕士学位，2007年3月于上海大学获得博士学位。 2007年博士生毕业时，获得上海市优秀毕业生称号。
